Trouble shoot then parts not parts then trouble shoot. Check your spark and see if it is a blue/white and will jump a 1/4 inch gap. If you have good spark then check your air cleaner and make sure if if an oil bath type if not full of water/ice/dirt. Then pull the carb drain plug and let the fuel flow for a few minutes catch it to look for water/dirt etc.
