$10000 is way too much. I just looked at a similar one, diesel with a light duty loader and tire chains, on consignment at a local dealer-$6000. A friend just bought a Massey 175, a little bit bigger, and not such a good loader tractor, for $7500. So look around a little bit more,before you jump in. $5000-$6000 leaves a lot of slack for repairs before you get to $10000. For $10000 you should be able to get a four wheel drive, although it might be pretty ratty, or a much newer two wheel drive. Also, for a loader tractor, I would suggest buying a tractor that hadn't already been beaten up with a loader, and the putting a loader on it. It would cost a little more to do it that way, but might save trouble later.
