Sounds like a plow that I have, will look at the tag next time I"m at that place. Anyway the tail wheel can be adjusted to lift off ground by the chain but has to bite into soil when plowing so it can steer plow. The linkage you refered to must fasten to tractor. I have used an adjustable stablizer bar to go from the tractor stablizer bracket to the crank linkage on plow. This was on a Ford 2610. Have never seen a orginal bar and just tried to figure out the best I could. Plowed great in soft soil but in hard ground terrible. Which is not the way it should work. Just would not steer right. Quit using. Hope you figure it out and then tell me.
