Thanks Harvey...that did it. My engine casting code is 4-26-P. So, it must be April 26, 1946. I can see in the photo on Kendall's "Super A brake pedal post", that my serial tag IS missing. In the early 90's my Dad put a hydraulic pump on the pto behind the seat and replaced the exhaust lift cylinder with a hydraulic. He is gone now so I can't talk to him about it. I believe I've found all the old exhaust system pieces though. I found 3 old deformed diverter valves (I think that is what he called them). The heat must be rough on them. I remember it would be slow to lift the plows, but it did sound cool doing it. Are parts available to restore it? I would like to put it back like it was.
