The govenor on my F-14 that I got over the summer is "sticky", so I might open her up and see what's going on inside. If I do, I'll post pictures and comments. Weather has turned a bit colder this week, and the F-14 is in an un-heated shed. Also, a friend of mine convinced me to rebuild his 1948 Cub engine for him, so that is in the heated shop, in pieces right now.
