Just did this today. There is two seals that need to be replaced. It was kinda tough to get the inner brake pedal off. For some reason mine would catch on the the deal that locks the brakes on and it was hard to get it past it. I left the shaft in and just pulled out the seals with a small tool with a hook on it. May not be the best way but it worked. I wasn't sure how hard it would be to put the shaft back in through the seals on the clutch side.
