I have just overhauled my water pump and having problems with reassembly. The radiator was also repaired. My question is should the fan be inplace on the water pump before the radiator and fan housing sheet metal is installed? There just doesn't seem like there is clearance for it to go together without removing the front bolster!Am I making this too hard? Any help would be appreaciated.
