Bruce - You can use the coupling's center flange as a puller to get the yoke off. You'll need a wrench socket with an OD a bit smaller than the ID of the yoke bore, a few washers about the same OD as the socket and two 5/16" bolts and nuts.
Place the socket in the center of the yoke so it's bearing on the tranny input shaft. Sandwich it in place with the center flange using washers as spacers so the yoke ears and the flange are about 1/2" or apart. Then use the 5/16" bolts/nuts through the yoke ear and flange holes to clamp the whole business together.
Now alternately and evenly tighten the 5/16" nuts to squeeze the socket toward the yoke - it should easily walk the yoke off the tranny shaft. (Usually once the yoke starts it'll slide easily off the rest of the way).
