Like they said, alternate slots on the outside of the weights. That parts book where you found the P/N will also list the lengths of bolts you should use. IIRC the bolts that go to the cast center are about a half inch longer than the rest. On my pulling tractor I use AllThread/ReadyRod in two of the holes and then smooth bar on the other two holes for alignment. I DO NOT USE THIS IN THE FIELD (much ;)) I only do this bc you need to change weights quickly at the pull. This arangement will ALWAYS loosen up when doing field work no matter how tight you get the setup.
