H fan belt ajustment

Walk me through this guys. I got the radiator off And the pully assembly's out sitting on the bench. It looks like the pully for the gen. and the fixed half of the shieve are one piece, is that the case Do you in fact "press" them off the center hub. We have a service manual, but it just shows the assembly, for water pump service. Thanks dave
