The other guys are really dead on. The attatchents SHOULD bring more than the tractor, but they probably won't. Like the others said, auction excitement. I would bid with this theory in mind. Weight* 4,409 lbs/2000 lbs per ton = 2.2045 tons x $120/ton = $264.54 I am all for keeping them out of the scrap yard, but sometimes you have to be reasonable, too. That is the lowest amount you will get out of your tractor minus the fees they charge for each tire. This would bring your salvage check to about $200.
