I have a hard time imagining everything being perfect after 25years; especially with enamal paint. But if it is in such shape, that you could soak it loose and have great compression, file the points and have great spark, blow the dust off and have showroom parts and paint, it may have value far above your average stuck tractor.
Yet, it does sound like some strikes against it in the buyers bargaining favor, or conversly buyer beware as well.
