That's not much to go on.
Does the tractor crank ? If not the starter drive might be jammed in the ring gear.
Is there fuel in the carb ? If not, why not ?
Does it have spark ? If not, is there power at the points ? If not, it could be a broken wire or a bad switch. If so, take the distributor cap off and crank it. Does the rotor turn ? If not, the drive gear on the distributor is stripped or broken.
If the rotor turns and you have power to the points, put in a new set of points and condensor, and reset the timing.
Keep working your way through the ignition step by step until you get to the problem.
