I have. All energy available is subject to reality. Perpetual motion is not reality. Energy (that which high function physicists deal with at CERN, Fermilab, and the Stanford Linear accelerator), are actively engaged in discovery on the theories of how our reality works. The man is not operating in that environment. Neither is his work open to repeatability and duplication by others. We live in a universe of unknowns, but open dialog and repeatable science define our progress. I do not believe though I would be willing if it were under the scrutiny of others. JimN
