International 404 Tractor

I am looking for a tractor to take care of a little 64 acre farm. I have 30 acre hay and 20 acre to bush hog. I haven't been around many tractors after I left Dads farm in 1974 and they were my dads 300IH ,my brothers M and dads neighbors SMTA. What do you guys think tanks for any advice
