The F-12 and F-14 heads look the same, but they have a different part number, so they must be different. The number on a F-12 head should be 3195-D. The block is the same. The F-12 & F-14 oil pump is also different, the F-14 has a float to float on top the engine oil, it takes in cleaner oil that way. The push rods and valves will work from a F-12 to a F-14. They both use the same IHC carburetor, AC fuel pump and IHC magneto. The F-14 has a tighter governor spring so the F-14 runs at a higher RPM.
