Yep I have experianced this on the H I bought, someone at the auction man handled the shifter and got it out of position in the tranny. Here is the fix, look at the side of the shifter tower. there is 2 small dia plugs. standing on the left side of tractor drive the plug out to the right side and when the plug on the right comes out, you will see the pin inside. Drive the pin back to the left and it will all come out. take out the shift lever and with a screw driver line up the shifter slots. If you want to keep it from happening again you will have to weld up the tip on the lever and dress it down. Took my 10 min to fix mine, but I didn't weld it yet.(no torch gas!)
