IH 766 seat back plate

Hello to all, I have an International Harvester 766 and I'm looking for the metal plate that goes on the back of the seat. It has the IH logo on it and is a thin metal. The seat is the one with the high back and arm rests (not the curved arm rests) I've looked all over but can't locate one. Help! Thank you all for your time and interest. -Jay
