Rims and tires are standard implement fare available at any decent farm equipment dealer, or a place that specializes in farm equipment tires. New may be more expensive and not the exact right part, but if you're desperate it sure beats waiting around for umpteen months waiting for someone to cough up the exact right parts. Hydraulic cylinder is also a standard unit, probably a 4" diameter 12" stroke or something like that. Back then most implements used the same size cylinder so the farmer would only have to buy one, and move it from machine to machine. At least that will allow you to get it up and rolling so it's a little easier to move around.
