Pulled the valve cover and checked the valves all seemes to be opening and closing right,we jacked it up and turned the back wheel.Dont think theres a problem with the rings but did put a little oil in the cylinders anyway.Gona let it sit overnite and squirt some gas in the carb opening in the morning and see what happens then.I really hope I can get this tractor fired up.It belonged to my greatgrandfather and has an older restoration. But that was 15 years ago and the guy I got it from said it had been a year or two since he started it up.Still has the factory gauges on it and what surprised me the most is that they still work.I had my doughts about the temp gauge but when we heated up the area around the end,the needle moved. And the best part is they are in good shape.I hope to have pics tomorrow.
