International 886

I was looking at an 886 at a local dealer. It has 4100 hours on it but it is an open station tractor. I didn't think any came as open station. I thought they either had a ROPs or cab. What should a tractor like this cost? How much are used cabs for the 886? Can air conditioning be put on these tractors without too much cost?
