I have to agree with every one that said to take it apart. The easiest thing to do is just pull the head off and take a look. If you find lots of rust, then a complete tear down is in order. If you find only a little bit of rust, then it will be a little easier to un-stick. However, its been my findings that engines that only have a little rust in the cylinders, will usually rust around the rings themselves, and will leave pits and such in the cylinder walls where the rings were, thus needing new sleves, or an overbore, to clean things up. I have seen some people simply free the pistons, and put it back together. Sure, it will run, but how well and how long? Steve T
