Yeah, you can find places like that for sale here. Many of them are often attached to a farm or unreasonable high priced by local standards. That is pretty much what everybody else is looking for too. And more of the original farmhouses disappear every year to make room for center pivots. If you stay closer to the small towns and out of the Hastings-Kearney-Grand Island Golden Triangle you can get into one for a lot less.
