47 A Grill

I have a 47 A that runs like a top, has all the sheet metal, good tires etc., all it needs is the "vintage" farm grease and mud removed, and some fresh paint. The only thing is that the grill is pretty bent up, it's all in one peice, but looks really bad. Any ways I brought it to a local body shop were they said the could straghten it out for no less than $300 dollars. Does this sound fair? Does any one know of a place that I could find a grill that might be in good shape (or maybe some one has one lying around)? Oh, and what would one expect to pay for a decent grill? thanks.
