Tom - I cannot tell you if that part number is correct for an H. However if it fits in the brackets and the pulley fits on it should work. Once installed the generator should be polarized to match the ground polarity of the tractor: After all the wiring is hooked up (including the battery) and with the engine shut off, use a scrap of wire to momentarily jumper between the BAT and GEN terminals at the regulator. It only needs to be connected for an instant - and you may see a small spark when contact is made. You should then be good to go!
