Up through WWII, tractors still commonly came on steel wheels, as did implements. Most "Little Genius" plows came with mechanical trip lifts, though you could get a hydraulic conversion kit. Like every antique, though, you can't just go to the "parts store" and buy the conversion kit if you pick up a nice trip lift version, and finding just the kit will be practically impossible.
