That's not a 2pt hitch. Those are simply the lift arms for any rear-attached implements, such as a plow or the toolbar for the tines that erase your rear wheel tracks when cultivating. Those levers may not be related to the cultivator. I've seen Super As with cultivators, but never any special levers next to the shifter. Cultivator depth is controlled by the touch-control levers on the steering post. What you might have is part of a two-way plow, the part which lets you select whether to drop the left or right plow bottom.
