Yeah, I'll try all the home remedies to get it to turn over. I have been redoing old tractors for about 15 years. The more I do , the less I find out I know. I hesitate to say restore, because I repair what is broke and repaint. I normally don't totally disassemble. Last year I sold a tractor to a gentleman that kept refering to it as restored, I reminded him several times I didn't consider it restored. I rebuilt the engine, hydraulics, steering, and shifter assembly. And painted it. That's all it needed.
