I have a 1955 Farmall 300 that the T/A will work when the lever is in the foreward position but when pulled in the locked position the tractor will not move. You can hear something spinning but no movement. If I push on the clutch a little it tries to move. Is the T/A out of adjustment? or is a rebuild in order? My wife's father bought this tractor new in 1955. I have the orginal bill of sale for it. he farmed 80 acers with this tractor from 1955 until around 1995 and as far as I know it has never been split. It is in great shape all metal is straight and runs very well and was stored under cover all it's life. He past away in 2002 and I would like to restore the paint and keep it on his farm. Thanks for any help anyone could give. Tim
