I had the same problem with my 300 Utility many years ago. What I did was to push the clutch pedal down, hook it to the running board with a heavy piece of wire, then squirt Marvel Mystery Oil up in around the throw-out bearing and shaft (not on the clutch itself). I left it that way all one winter. The following spring, I unhooked the wire and the clutch has worked great ever since. I had tried everything to free it beforehand, and nothing else would come close to working.
