Well,I consider the TISCO AND the BWD kits combined "complete".Shame it takes 2 to get all the parts, but I guess not every brand plays by the same rules. From what I notice, the new throttle shaft is required at least once in the life of a carb. With the new shaft,I can get the Ute to idle down to approx 300rpm smoothly! (I set it to 800rpm later) Obviously there was some slop and air leakage in the old one.Be aware the new TISCO shaft had some burrs where the slot is cut for the throttle plate and it would not fit in all the way. Some sandpaper got it to fit smoothly.
