You are correct about the drawbar. Ours also had the levers, but also had 2 cylinders for the front and one for the rear. We used the rear mounted one with no front section also. Also used it for a drawbar when we did not want to take the time to remove it and install the drawbar. Good way to bend the culitvator bar!
