I have a 1950 demonstrator(white) cub i plan to restore. The original white block has been welded and recracked in the right front corner. I also have the engine in the cub with a casting date of "5-XX-T" which I believe is a 1950 engine its tired but not cracked. If restoring as close to original as possible does it make any difference which engine I rebuild?
