I hauled a 53 SM factory wide front last year. I measured the u-haul trailer and the tractor would fit within the fenders but one side of the tractor would be riding a few inches outside the recessed tracks. According to their web site it was more weight than they allow. It was however less than the stamped max weight on the unit itself as long as the tires are not filled. I opted to rent from a local trailer sales center. I used a 3/4 ton Dodge and hauled over 700 miles with no problems...
