A manual will give you fairly complete instructions on how to perform the adjustment. Basically it consists of raising the hitch to a certain height and adjusting the linkage in or out to obtain the sweet spot where the hitch doesn't hunt up and down. Would you give us some feedback on resolving some of the problems?
