After about 10 minutes of working a two bottom plow it will die and have a hard time restarting (sometimes needs 1/2 choke to keep running)but allways after around 10 minutes. do I have a governor issue or a carb issue or both. Verified good spark. I have never had to work on an h carburetor or governor and will need a book to help me along any suggestions. Thank you for any help you can give.
