You can still buy a good running 560 in most areas for about $2500-$3000. Sometimes even less if you hit the right auction. The diesel will run a lot cheaper, but is a real bear to start in cold weather. I think it all depends on what you plan to do with it, if you should get a diesel or a gas 560. A wide front is a real plus on a 560 and the fast hitch can be handy at times.
