I had a F12 with a flathead Jeep engine in it, and it ran great, and had electric start. No trans, just the clutch housing and clutch, and a shaft to the original transmission. I know a guy who has a model A engine in a farmall regular. It looks like it belongs there, and had the model A 4 speed truck transmission ahead of the regular transmission. I also heard of a chevy chevette diesel engine in a F12.
