The compression should be 90-120 lbs. The important thing is for the compression to be nearly the same in all cylinders. Oil pressure can run from 30-75 lbs. This depends on the condition of the bearings and the pump. It should have higher pressure when the oil is cold and will most likely drop off as it warms up. At a low idle it could drip to as low as 15 lbs. The 113 cid motor puts out around 16-18 hp. My C has the oversized pistons making it a 123 cid and It dyno'd at 22 hp last spring. Draw hp will be a little less.
