The block is from a power unit. These motors were setup for fuel pumps when needed. You should also see that the block is cut out for a starter. NOt sure about the next statement being my BN is also running a power unit motor but I belive the front casting of the block requires some rework for the steering shaft. Mine was installed when I received the tractor but really there was no differance when rebuild the motor once I new the bore was 3" and the stroke was 4"
