The Lift All is a one way system. The pressure and return use the same line. All three of the ports are supply ports. The lift all actuator rod has three positions. All the way forward is release, which lets the fluid from the cylinder go back to the reservoir. Half way at the latch nob on the rod is hold. It does not lift there, but holds the load up. All the way back is lift. If you want to have a two way system, you must add another control valve. To do that you plumb from one of the supply ports to the new valve. The return from the new valve then goes back to the fill port on the lift all or to the drain on the bottom. Then lock the Lift all rod in the lift position and fluid flows through the control valve and back to the lift all reservoir. Then you pipe from the two ports(one a supply and the other a return) on the control valve to your cylinder. It does not hurt the lift all to lock in lift position when piped like this, as it just circulates externally instead of internally. It circulates through the pump internally all the time anyway.
