Kent i am in the process of restoring 2 F12s and I am the first to tell you its extenisive I have over 1500.dollars in one and just traded another tractor for another F12 Probally will never get all my monet back. I looked at a 1935 f12 that looked as good as you described and the owner said he had 1500 invested, if I had the money and if he would have sold I would have bought.If your in for the money you need to get out now
