Does the hyd fluid leak out of the cylinder or not? If it does you probely need to make new gaskets for the cylinder (Not very hard). But if there is not a fluid leak then there is an internal leak. I would swich the cylinders around and see if the other cylinder stays up on the right side if it does then its just the cylinder and not the pump.
