pull the sediment bulb off and open the shutoff valve. you should have 2 full streams of gas running out almost horizontal if you don't you have problably bugs/spiders in the tank. we have spiders that build nests in the gas barrel nozzel and when you fill the tractor you pump them right in the tank. you may be able to take a rag and a blow gun from an aircompresser and preasurize the tank and blow them out if there is not too many in there, if not you will need to remove the shutoff valve asmbly and clean it. hope this will help you. or its a place to start.
