Farmall Regular 1929 ???

I went to a place today in central WV to look at a C in a salvage yard...there was a set of double plows and a mower with it........guy said he had another International..... a 1929 model. I looked at it but to be honest I'm not sure what it is. I searched through the photo gallery and it looks like a picture of a regular. The tractor I looked at had spoked wheels and wide rubber tires. Tractor looks pretty much complete..... If anyone is interested, e mail me.
