IMHO the 300/350 rowcrop was the best-looking tractor IH produced, so if you are willing to put the work into restoring it to show appearance, that would be my vote. It's also going to be a lot easier to haul around to shows than a 560. Agree with CNKS, the 350 is to small for the equipment you have. Price on either is pretty good for a tractor in reasonably good mechanical shape.
