harvester blue ribbon book call,s for the sleves can be 0-- to -.006 out of the block. as far as the pistons coming out of the camber i have run them with as mutch as .095 above the deck surface just make sure you trim the edges were they mite touch the gasket, and i have cut the head,s like a 8060 as mutch as .190. it will raise the compression.on the quinch side of the head make sure you have at least .050 with the piston at top dead center,you should end up with around 65 hp tractor. remember wen compresion goes up the total timing muat come back so you wont have spark knock.timing total will be around 32 to 34 deegrese.and dont run junk gas in it.i use to win a bunch of tractor pull,s with a old 248 cubic inch 1939 M before every one went crazy, with giant motor,s,use to be able to make around 75 hp with a stocker and i mean stock harvester part,s---good luck
