I have never worked on a carb for a 460, but I can't imagine that it would be all that much different from the carb on an M or H which I have had experience with. I have never had trouble getting getting the seats to come out. Has yours been sitting with water in it? You might try soaking it in carb cleaner with the seat in place and then try to remove it. Could be also that someone was there before you with a screwdriver that didn't fit and got everything so chewed up that now you are screwed. Here's another thought, a bit of gentle heat with a small propane torch around the area where the seat is located just might work but be carefull. I am afraid I haven't been much help, but those problems are tough to diagnose over the internet. Maybe the carb fairies will pay you a visit tonight and fix it while you sleep.
