awhile ago I posted a few questions concerning working on Cubs. Well, I let a machanic have her and a week later she was ready. He said he changed the oil cause I had it a inch above fulland it was full of gas. That was probably when i had it belted up to my CC Case and trying to start it and work on it while running that way without running down the battery. He said the gas had washed all the oil off the cyls and it had lost comp. He said it was out of time, but hadnt slipped time. Well , he saw its timing as the last time I had tried to do anything with it, which was go all way round seeral time, have the mag 180 out ect. He said the spark plug wires were bad and so with labor, oil, and replaced wires, he charged me $45 00
