Rob, how big is the dent, I recall Dad buying an Allis C with a huge dent in the gas tank, I sanded the area to the bare metal and filled the dent with bondo, it took a lot and that dent was undetectable for the next 20 years that we owned it. Air pressure might help and you could go 40 or 50 lbs but those tanks were built of some pretty heavy stuff and I have doubts about it popping back out even with tapping on it. You will likely end up using bondo to finish up anyway.good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario
